Great Resources We are finding ourselves re-evaluating our goals -- trying to focus on what is still important with our firm, our clients and our mission/vision. It’s so hard to evaluate yourself -- look into the mirror, reflect on ourselves, and get on track without second guessing the procedure and ultimate outcome. We found two great sources to help us with this project: Rusty Smith with The Alternative Board Rusty has helped us to stay focused and moving in the right direction. His guidance and counseling have been so valuable.
